THERAPY FOR WOMEN VIRTUALLY ACROSS FLORIDA
Life looks different than you expected.
“Fine” is crap. Yep, I said it.
But life isn't meant to just be fine.
For the woman who's used to figuring it out, carrying the mental load, and being the one everyone counts on.
Whether you’re making sense of ADHD or neurodivergence, navigating betrayal or a relationship rupture, or moving through a life transition that has changed the way you see yourself, these experiences don’t happen in isolation.
The things you haven’t quite said out loud.
HOW IS SHE IN MY HEAD?
HOW I SEE THIS WORK
I’m not here to tell you what to do.
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm glad you're here.
Maybe you've spent years trying to understand yourself. Maybe you're navigating a diagnosis, a relationship that looks different than it used to, or the realities of a family that doesn't fit the picture you had in mind.
Whatever brings you here, you don't have to arrive with a clear answer about what needs to change.
You can bring the messy middle here. The conflicting feelings. The questions without easy answers. The parts you're still trying to sort through, even when you wish you had it figured out by now.
I'm not here to judge you or hand you a list of things you should be doing. I'm here to help you get curious about what's happening, make room for the parts that are harder to admit, and work toward changes that make sense for you.
People make sense. Even when life feels anything but simple.
WHERE I CAN HELP
You can be good at holding it all together and still need support.
LIFE TRANSITIONS, IN ALL THEIR FORMS.
Sometimes the shift is motherhood. Sometimes it's understanding your brain, rebuilding trust after betrayal, or realizing the life you've built no longer fits the person you're becoming.
Different circumstances. Same deeper work.
ADHD & NEURODIVERGENCE
When the way your brain works affects how you move through life.
You may understand yourself better than ever and still struggle with overwhelm, emotional intensity, and the feeling that everything takes more effort than it should.
RELATIONSHIP RUPTURE & BETRAYAL
When holding onto trust becomes harder than you expected.
Betrayal can leave you questioning your relationship, your judgment, and what comes next. You don't have to figure it all out at once.
MOTHERHOOD
When becoming a mother changes the way you see yourself.
You love your child and you may still miss parts of the person you were before. Motherhood can be beautiful, consuming, isolating, and identity shifting all at once.
HIGH ACHIEVING CAREER WOMEN
When holding it all together starts to cost too much.
You know how to get things done. But beneath the competence, productivity, and responsibility, you may be tired of being the one who always holds it together.
FOR THE SEASONS YOU DIDN’T SEE COMING
Your life can make sense on paper and still not feel like yours.
When the pieces start adding up, it can feel like the floor moved underneath you.
The diagnosis you weren't sure you wanted. The marriage question you never thought you'd have to ask. The truth you weren't sure you were ready to find.
You find yourself somewhere between I can't unknow this and I don't know what to do with it.
And eventually, the freeze becomes familiar.
The unknown becomes known. And known can feel safe.
You can become remarkably good at surviving a season that was never meant to become your life.
